About Ed

Ed Mageean resides in Oakdale and has strong ties to the Central Valley. He earned a BA in economics from CSU, Stanislaus and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Ed began his pharmaceutical sales career in 2000, which has equipped him with insight in managing chronic illnesses.  Ed has gained valuable experience with board positions in sports-based non-profit organizations since 2004.  As a former caregiver for his parents, Ed has first-hand knowledge of the challenges seniors face. This perspective enables him to make valuable contributions as a member of the Stanislaus Senior Foundation Board. Ed's hobbies include yoga, hiking, snowshoeing, paddleboarding, and mountain biking.
