~9:00-10:00 am Light Breakfast: Coffee sponsored by Seed to Cup Coffee and Grocery Outlet
~Fresh fruit donated by Oakdale Family Resources
~9:45 am Educational Speaker: Hannah Brady
~11:00 am Healthy Aging Association will provide Young at Heart Exercise class. All welcome to participate!
~11:30 am Lunch provided by Century 21 for all attendees.
~Prizes will be drawn all day!
