Jocelyn Raese has been an active advocate and resource for seniors within Stanislaus County, as well as other counties throughout the Central Valley over the last 15 years. With experience working in both medical and non-medical healthcare sectors, she has gained a wealth of knowledge in supporting the community.  Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Business Development for Seva Hospice and is a member of the Coalition for Compassionate Care of California and the California Association for Health Services at Home. In her previous roles in leadership, she has worked in the assisted living and memory care setting, and as a consultant for private duty in-home care and senior placement services. 

Jocelyn has been an active member of the Stanislaus Senior Foundation since 2013 and continues to pursue opportunities in identifying ways to support seniors and their families.
