Jocelyn Raese has been a dedicated advocate and trusted resource for seniors across Stanislaus County and the greater Central Valley for over 20 years. Her extensive experience spans both medical and non-medical sectors of elder care, equipping her with a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by aging populations.

Throughout her career, Jocelyn has held leadership roles in a variety of healthcare settings, including Hospice, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and consulting for Home Health, Home Care, and Senior Placement Services. Her compassionate approach and strategic insight have made her a respected figure in the senior care community.

A longtime resident of Stanislaus County, Jocelyn and her husband David have enjoyed raising their two children in the area, embracing the community and its values. Outside of her professional life, she finds joy in traveling, music, and embracing new adventures.
