Monica Ramos joined the Foundation Board in 2015 and brings decades of experience in advocacy, fiduciary services, and senior care. As a licensed fiduciary, she serves as a trustee, legal representative, conservator, and administrator or executor for probate cases—primarily supporting older adults.

Her career began in public service as a district representative for Assemblyman John Thurman shortly after college. Since then, Monica has held roles in healthcare, marketing, fundraising, and social services. Notably, she spent 10 years managing senior programs in Stanislaus County for Catholic Charities.

In addition to her professional work, Monica is an active volunteer, serving on several nonprofit boards. She enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with her family. Monica and her husband reside in rural Modesto and are proud parents of three adult children.
