Raised in California’s Central Valley, Jasmine has long been dedicated to nonprofit and philanthropic initiatives throughout Stanislaus County. Over the past decade, she has built a distinguished career in the affordable housing sector, managing retirement communities across Northern California and Western Washington. Her work has included close collaboration with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and several respected property management firms.

Jasmine holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento, and earned her Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University. Outside of her professional life, she finds joy in the outdoors—whether stand-up paddleboarding or hiking alongside her loyal service dog, Luna.
