Marilyn Smith is a lifelong resident of Stanislaus County with more than 37 years of distinguished leadership in emergency medical services administration. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to public health and safety, contributing significantly to the development and advancement of EMS systems across the region.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Marilyn is deeply engaged in community service, actively participating in several local organizations that promote civic engagement and well-being. Her dedication to both her profession and her community has earned her widespread respect and recognition.

Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Marilyn enjoys traveling, playing the piano, cooking, and cherishing time with her husband, two adult children, her sons-in-law, and three beloved grandchildren.
